Between 2000 and 2006 the DCG organized intensive language trainings for Chinese study applicants as preparation for the “Deutsche Sprachprüfung für den Hochschulzugang (DSH)” in training facilities in Halle, Leipzig, Dresden, Brandenburg and Hanover.
Besides these language trainings the DCG organized professional trainings in wholesale and foreign trade with training centers from the German Chamber of Commerce and Industries.
From 2006 and to 2015 the DCG supported the Chamber of Crafts Halle (Saale) in the realisation of a vocational training project in China. The program included a two to three year professional training in which trainees obtain a German degree as automobile service technician when they successfully pass their examination.
2016
Cooperation Contract Chamber of Crafts (HWK) Halle (Saale) und Know-How Education Ltd. Beijing (KH) with support of DCG Halle e.V.
In 2016, the DCG initiated a new cooperation contract between the Chamber of Crafts (Halle) and Know-How Education Ltd. Based on its extensive prior experiences, DCG took over the administrative side of the project.
This educational project mainly concentrates on the further education of Chinese lecturers in two options at the Education and Technology Centre of the Chamber of Crafts Halle.
First option is a two to four weeks train-the-trainer (TTT) program. The Chamber of Crafts offers courses in four areas: automobile technology (main focus), quality management according to ISO 9001, CNC as well as welding technology. Following the premises of the dual education training participants are exposed to new practical experiences. After successful training completion and examination, the program participants receive a certificate. In 2017 and 2018 three courses took place.
The second option is a three-month course in which particpants get more insights into the respective four course areas and a multidisciplinary understanding. Also here, participants absolve complete a final examiniation and receive a certificate. In 2017 and 2018 four courses took place.
For the three-year vocational training project, examinations are held once a year with representatives from the Chamber of Crafts at the Chambers’ local examination centers in China. In October 2018, the third examination Center was opened in Hangzhou.
Here, automotive service technicians are examined based on German Standards. After successful examination the program participants receive a certifiate of the Chamber of Crafts Halle.
Since 2018 Chinese examiners are educated and certified to support the German examiners at the examination centers. Through this, the high quality standards of the examination centers can be ensured.

2016
Cooperation Contract between Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK) Halle-Dessau GmbH and Know-How Education Beijing Ltd. (KH) with support of DCG Halle e.V.
Based on the experience with the Chamber of Crafts, DCG and its Chinese partner KH establish the cooperation with the IHK and commonly work out a training schedule for the program „injection moulding technique“. The educational program takes place in China and Germany.
2017
Cooperation contract Chamber of Crafts (HWK) Halle (Saale) and Chinese-German Education Center Shanghai with support of DCG Halle e.V.
The focus is on the further education of Chinese lecturers. The two to four weeks train-the-trainer programs are done at the Education and Technology Centre of the HWK. In this, the main area of teaching is the CNC. Next to this, the areas of quality management (ISO 9001) and welding technology are provided. These trainings are supported by partners like CERTQUA and DVS.
These programs also put an emphasis on the premises of dual education and participants are exposed to new practical experiences.
Additionally, two-weeks courses are offered in Shanghai at the local facilities of the Chinese partner at the existing machinery.
After successful completion of the examination, program participants receive a certificate. Till 2018 two courses took place.
2018
Cooperation contract Bildungsakademie Dresden gGmbH (BAD) und Know-How International Ltd. Beijing (KH) with support of DCG Halle e.V.
The focus of this project is the further education of Chinese lecturers in the area of pre-school education. For this, participants are coming to Leipzig for two to four weeks training courses. The program participants are able to make practical experiences in German pre-school institutions and also get insights into the different historical and actual education models in Germany.
After successful completion of the final examination, participants receive a certificate. In the first part of 2019, the first course will take place.
Services of DCG
The experiences of DCG in the cooperation with Chinese partners trace back to 1998. During its many years of operational acitivites, the DCG has developed ways of efficient cooperation between all partners involved. Through this, the DCG is able to provide peace of mind for all its program participants.
Based on this experience, the DCG is the main responsible for the contractual set up and realisation between all parties involved.
The DCG organizes the educational programs and supports its partners to gain new participants. Furthermore, the DCG provides materials and information to vocational trainings and further education.
