Together with our university partner Holy Cross of Davao College, we were able to support seven Filipino graduates of the bachelor's degree program “Hospitality Management” in obtaining permanent employment in Germany in cooperation with the Knights of Kempski Private Hotels & Resorts and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Halle-Dessau.   

We accompanied and coordinated the process from the participants' online applications in spring 2024 to the organization of German language classes at level A2/B1 with Deutsch-Uni Online on site, the administrative clarifications and visa applications, right up to their arrival in July 2025 at the Naturresort & Spa Schindelbruch.

Looking ahead, we would like to further intensify our cooperation with Holy Cross of Davao College in order to offer further graduates work prospects in Germany. In this way, we can contribute to reducing the shortage of skilled workers and strengthen internationality and interculturalism in central Germany.
